We Insure Every Order
When Can You Expect an Email?
Shipping Policies
  • We Ship Almost Every Day
  • Your First Class package will be shipped within 2 business days
  • Priority or Overnight mail will be shipped within 1 business day except for Postal Holidays.
  • WE SHIP ON SATURDAYS, so a Friday order doesn't wait for 3 days to ship.
  • Shipping Cost is $2.75 for your entire order, no matter where you live.
Product Return Policy


This is our simplest policy:  We accept any return for any reason with no restocking fee. Lots of times we even refund shipping. Just send us an email for instructions before you return your item(s). All you do is pay your return shipping - we even refund the cost of the shipping that you initially paid to us.
Insurance Policy


We insure every order. This means if you don't get your package we will send you another one. It's that simple.

Here are some of the reasons we self-insure:
  • It's more cost effective for you- who wants to pay $1.40 to insure a $10 package?
  • Delivery confirmation doesn't always work. Just because the postal service says they delivered a package to you doesn't mean you actually received it. Sometimes things are delivered to the wrong house.
  • We really hate telling a customer "that's too bad" about anything. If you pay for something, you should get it.
Now, we do have a couple of rules about our insured shipping:
  • We do require that you wait 2 weeks before we send a second package in the USA
  • We require a wait of 45 days before we re-ship orders out of the country
  • Sometimes on large orders we purchase insurance (at our cost and our option) from a third party. We do require that you help us fill out the paperwork in these cases.
  • Also, we would like you to contact us if the original package does arrive. We'll pay for any postage involved in getting the extra package returned to us.
We've had packages take as long as 14 weeks to arrive in the USA, and one package we sent to Canada arrived with a postmark of Venezuela, so we know things happen.
Email Policies


You should receive an email at these times:
  • To notify you that we received payment
  • To notify you that your package shipped, giving any delivery confirmation information we have (international orders usually don't have that information)
